Create a Safe Space

Find a quiet, private space where you feel comfortable expressing emotions.


Reflect on Your Grief

Ask yourself: What losses am I grieving—personally, communally, or ecologically?


Write or Speak Freely

Write in a journal or speak aloud, allowing yourself to express your feelings without judgment.


Shift to Gratitude

After acknowledging your grief, gently transition by asking: What does this grief teach me about what I value? What hope can grow from this loss?


Close With Renewal

Take three deep breaths and visualize planting a seed—symbolizing the growth that can emerge from honoring your grief.
