Practice 4
Grieving as a Portal to Renewal
Principle of Collective Presence
Grief is a natural response to loss, and acknowledging it can lead to healing and renewal. This practice creates space to honor your grief, reflect on its lessons, and transform it into hope and resilience that can guide your actions moving forward.
The evidence
Research indicates that expressing and processing grief can enhance emotional resilience and reduce the long-term effects of stress.
Why it matters
In the face of climate-related challenges, where loss and uncertainty are pervasive, this practice equips leaders with the tools to channel grief into constructive, forward-looking action.

Shift to Gratitude
