Working at the intersection of strategy, activation and coaching, he guides civil society, business and government leaders on how to inspire and activate organizations and communities to realize shared vision – harnessing the new collective dynamics of inclusive, participatory organizational design and stakeholder engagement. His experience spans corporate strategy, movement-building, economic growth, social development, and organizational design. Over the past 25 years, Justin has advised executive leaders across multi-national companies, international organizations, and governments. Along the way, Justin has had the opportunity to work in over 30 countries across four continents.

Amánda is a transformation coach, keynote speaker, and facilitator who explores the nexus of consciousness, technology, and the future of wellbeing to regenerate self and society. Founder of INTEGRA, she creates spaces for professionals to harness and integrate their innate intelligence and accelerate transformation across people, business, and planet. She architects personal transformations by bridging traditional knowledge systems with scientific insights, with her Neuroscience research focusing on the integrative effects of plant-based medicines. A dedicated student of nature, she previously directed a nonprofit aimed at supporting the preservation of bio-culture and indigenous territories in the Amazon basin. Amánda has partnered with and given talks globally for TEDx Berlin, YPO, The Acosta Institute, The House of Beautiful Business, Headspace, Sandbox, and Yale University, among others.

Alberto advises Founders and CEOs in moments of profound change. As a Principal at SYPartners, Alberto has worked alongside CEOs at Starbucks and Pfizer to redefine their companies’ roles in society—helping transform their organizations for a new era where power, possibility, and prosperity are shared. Alberto has also advised the Presidents of Color of Change, NAACP Legal Defense Fund (LDF), Decolonizing Wealth Project, XQ, Esalen, and AdCouncil—helping to scale their impact and build a more equitable future. Prior to joining SYPartners in 2016, Alberto worked at Purpose, a social impact consultancy, where he worked with the World Health Organization, Ford Foundation, Rockefeller Foundation, Unilever, Ben & Jerry’s, and Athleta to support social movements around the globe.
